Malaika, Chileshe, and Temweni
Three sisters from the Pacific Northwest who have been singing, dancing, performing, and probably being a little too loud together for most of our lives.
Music and theatre have always been a huge part of our world. We spent several years in competition dance, training in musical theatre, tap, and hip-hop, before falling even more in love with the stage. And like a lot of theatre kids, we have some BIG Broadway dreams.
Those dreams have already taken us on some pretty amazing adventures. Last year we traveled to London’s West End as a family. We saw Cabaret, Wicked and Hercules. Malaika also auditioned and had the opportunity to travel to New York City to work with iTheatrics on new Broadway Junior titles.
When we’re not performing, we’re usually still looking for a show. We love Disney, concerts, traveling, discovering new music, and pretty much any excuse to see a great live performance.
Along the way, we’ve also had the opportunity to sing for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and Seattle Storm, something we never imagined when we first started singing together.
We’re three very different personalities with three different voices, but we get to chase some pretty big dreams side by side.
And we’re having a lot of fun seeing where it takes us next.
